Yes. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged at hotels, resorts, vacation rentals and other agreed locations. Ron also serves Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport, Belize City Municipal Airport and the Belize City Water Taxi Terminal.

Send Ron your updated travel information as soon as possible, especially if your arrival time changes significantly. Travelers have described Ron’s team adapting when flight times changed, but the arrangements for your trip should always be confirmed directly with Ron. If you already have a confirmed shuttle and something changes while you are travelling, contact Ron directly.

Yes. Stops can be requested and should be mentioned when you send your trip details. Depending on the route, travelers have arranged practical stops during their transfers, including stops such as the Belize Zoo, convenience stops and restroom breaks. Because an additional stop can affect the route, timing or final fare, Ron will confirm what can be included with your transportation arrangements.

Yes. You can request either a one-way or round trip. For a round trip, provide the return date and pickup time along with the rest of your itinerary so Ron can review both parts of the journey together.

Ron provides shuttle transportation to the Western Border in Belize. If your journey continues into Guatemala, tell Ron when you submit your request so the border drop-off and any onward transportation arrangements can be clarified before you travel.

No. Submitting the form sends your transportation request to Ron; it does not automatically book the shuttle. Ron personally reviews the route, timing, availability, passenger details and price. Your transportation is confirmed when Ron replies with the final arrangements.
